Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships (where available).
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: [7–15 business days]
- Europe: [10–20 business days]
- Rest of world: [12–25 business days]
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs, postal delays, or busy periods.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any faster options and their costs (if offered) are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
